Membership benefits are limited to the specific services outlined within the selected membership plan. Membership fees are non-transferable unless otherwise specified by written agreement. Membership programs do not guarantee medical eligibility for services. The Sanctuary MD Wellness Center reserves the right to modify membership offerings with reasonable notice.
