IV Infusion: $185

THIS ESSENTIAL INFUSION OF VITAMINS, MINERALS AND ELECTROLYTES GIVES YOU A COMPLETE CELLULAR ENERGY REBOOT.

About this Infusion

The ” Myers Cocktail” is the infusion that started it all. Dr. John Myers died in 1984, but his innovative IV cocktail has helped thousands of patients with depression, infections, fatigue, and allergies. Our Myers Cocktail is a slightly lighter version of our famous ” Nourish”. The Myers has a tiny bit less of everything, but enough to give the body what it needs and craves. These vitamins are given intravenously and “driven” into our cells which are thirsty for these essential nutrients – which simply can’t be accomplished by oral nutritional intake. This is also a very hydrating infusion for all of the cells in our body. For this reason, we recommend this all-encompassing and hydrating wellness formula.

When to Infuse?

  1. This is the standard IV Infusion blend of all the goodies you need to start feeling better.
  2. Replenish your vitamin and electrolyte stores by rehydrating after an illness, surgery, long trip, or just a long week.
  3. When you begin to feel “run down” viral illnesses can overtake a compromised immune system. Prevention is the best medicine! Bolster your body’s natural defenses with this replenishing IV therapy.

What’s in The Original Meyers?

Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in the body and is essential to good health. Approximately 50% of total body magnesium is found in bone. The other half is found predominantly inside cells of body tissues and organs. Only 1% of magnesium is found in blood, but the body works very hard to keep blood levels of magnesium constant. Magnesium is needed for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body. It helps maintain normal muscle and nerve function, keeps heart rhythm steady, supports a healthy immune system, and keeps bones strong. Magnesium also helps regulate blood sugar levels, promotes normal blood pressure, and is known to be involved in energy metabolism and protein synthesis. There is an increased interest in the role of magnesium in preventing and managing disorders such as hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes. Dietary magnesium is absorbed in the small intestines. Magnesium is excreted through the kidneys.

Calcium is a mineral found in many foods. The body needs calcium to maintain strong bones and to carry out many important functions. Almost all calcium is stored in bones and teeth, where it supports their structure and hardness. The body also needs calcium for muscles to move and for nerves to carry messages between the brain and every body part. In addition, calcium is used to help blood vessels move blood throughout the body and to help release hormones and enzymes that aect almost every function in the human body.

Pyridoxine Vitamin B6 is an essential component of neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine and GABA. Deficiencies may impair the body’s ability to activate other essential pathways such as the methylation cycle.

Patients with poor diet, alcoholism, or poor digestion may be deficient. Symptoms could include “brain fog”, mental slowing, anxiety, insomnia , headaches, and weakness

Methylcobalamin is the only active form of Vitamin B-12 in the brain outside the mitochondrion. The liver must convert cyanocobalamin to methylcobalamin in order for Vitamin B-12 to do its biochemical work in the brain. When the complex conversion of cyanocobalamin is not completed, the brain is robbed of the benefits of methylcobalamin

Ascorbic Acid Vitamin C is a potent anti inflammatory with vital roles in cellular detox, treatment of infectious disease, and supporting the quality of life of patients undergoing treatment for cancer. Vitamin C powers the immune system for optimum function. Thought to be cytotoxic to cancer cells, Vitamin C infusions can be part of your total cancer care. Vitamin C enhances wound healing after surgery and biopsies. In IV doses, vitamin C has anti-stress and antidepressant properties. Animal studies have shown that high-dose vitamin C blocks tumor growth in certain models of cancer.

Vitamin C has proven to be important in Collagen Production, Energy Production and Immune Support.
